Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping:
- We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time.
- We ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.
- We ship all orders by UPS ground. If another level of shipping is required please choose that option. We do not up-charge our shipping costs – we simply charge you the exact amount that UPS charges us.
- Please do not use a Post Office Box number for shipping, UPS needs a physical address.
- Our orders ship from our California warehouse so if you’re on the West Coast most orders will take anywhere from 1 – 4 days to get to you. If you’re on the East Coast plan on at least 7 days for shipping.
- If you order 6 of the 5 ½’ x 9’ flags at one time we will pay the shipping for you.
Shipping restrictions:
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday
- All expedited orders require a street address
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
- Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses
- Shipping available to the 50 United States
- Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included in shipping days
Returns or Exchanges:
- If you are unhappy with the flag you purchased from us, you have 30 days to return it for a refund, not including shipping charges
- If you received the wrong size flag please call us to exchange it for the correct size. We will send a UPS call tag to retrieve the incorrect flag.
- If your flag arrived damaged please call us to exchange the flag for a new one. We will send a UPS call tag to retrieve the damaged flag.
